The Silver Cabinet has dated this piece to the 1910s.
It is bulbous in shape on a round pedestal base. The two handles are firmly attached.
The central raised spout is just over 1cm in diameter. The top of this is removed to allow the lighter fuel to be poured in and then replaced with a wick which can be lit when required. The lid has a pretty beaded edge and a partial hallmark.
On either side of this central spout are two smaller holes and these hold 'torches' which have openings on the bottom to attach smaller wicks, to light the cigarettes/cigars. Each of the torches is fashioned as an axe and each has a partial hallmark to one side.

An excellent and very collectable example of fine workmanship from this famous silversmith.
