A charming little Victorian silver dish on tripod feet. The dish has a twisted ribbed body of flatten broad open shape and stands on three legs which all have a superb cast triton face mask. The dish is likely to have been either a small strawbery dish or a bon bon dish. The dish has a full set of marks for London 1877 and the makers mark of Henry Holland of Holland, Aldwinckle & Slater, fine quality silversmiths. The silver dish is in good condition although the lobed edge is slightly out of shape, and is a good weight.
