Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Made from sterling silver, the box stands on three charming little legs.
The photograph of the box on it's side is more of the true colour, quite stunning.

The box opens to reveal a velvet lining. The box has a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1924; the makers initials H.C.D are also present for the silversmith, Henry Clifford Davis.
One tiny ding to the side (see photo, mentioned and shown purely for accuracy). Excellent condition, standing 1 3/4" tall.
