Description

London 1893 English hallmarked repousse solid silver bowl by famous maker William Comyns, whose silver is highly collectable.

William Comyns made pieces for Tiffany's in New York and Paris, Shreve in San Franscisco, and Goldsmiths and Silversmiths in London.

Beautifully crafted with all over decoration of flowers and shells, and with convex centre, this is a lovely piece, by an renowned maker.

Size-9inches long, by 6.5 inches wide.

Weight-175 grams.

With just some slight bumps to raised centre, this dish, by a very important maker, is in very good overall condition.
