St. Petersburg 1850 Russian Solid Silver Slice

Description

St. Petersburg 1850 Russian hallmarked solid silver slice assayed by Dmitrii Ilbich Tverskoi, with full and very clear hallmarks.

This is a very large slice with beautiful pierced edge to the shaped blade, and a shell at the heel, while the handle is thick and has a thread design.

Wonderful to use for serving fish, cake, pie, or whatever one likes.

Weight 170 grams.

Size 12.5 inches long by 3 inches wide.

This piece of Russian antique solid silver is both beautiful and useful, of wonderful quality, and also very collectable.

It has a wonderful feel and balance in the hand.

The craftsmanship and condition are excellent.

This is a lovely piece of Russian silver.
