Extremely clear hallmarks, and in remarkable overall condition.
Maker is James Young of London.
There are two cartouches, one blank one on one side as seen, and on the other cartouche there are three delicately scrolled initials, most suitable to the classic 18th century Georgian styling of the mug.

Size- 3.25 inches high by 3.25 inches wide including handle.
Weight-heavy at 100 grams.
In very good condition, with lovely colour and patina, and with great age at 241 years old.
This rare piece was made early in the reign of King George III.
