The stand and underside of the two pieces are all marked EPNS for Electro-Plated Nickel Silver. The set is late Victorian or Edwardian in era, around 1900 / 1910. The interior of the sugar and cream are lavishly gilded.
Excellent condition, the stand measures 10" tall with a base diameter measuring 5". The sugar diameter measures 3 3/4" x 2" tall; the creamer spans 4 1/2" spout to handle x 2" tall.
