Description

One of the best quality Claret jugs I have had in a while, take a good close look at the exceptional floral garland and bow copper wheel engraved decoration; the photos don't do it justice, pretty as a picture.

Below the garlands are these swirled channel cuts. The fittings are all lovely quality in silver plate. The underside has a full mark for the top-notch silversmith William Hutton & Sons.

Superb condition with the base measuring 3 3/4"; spanning 5" spout to handle and standing 11 3/4" tall.
