Unusual Sterling Silver Long Handled Olive Spoon by the Famous International Silver Company.

Description

Wonderful American sterling silver long handled olive spoon with shaped and pierced oval bowl, and long plain pointed stem in the Patria pattern, made by the well known International Silver Company.

A great implement for serving olives at the table or bar, allowing the fruit to be easily grasped and drained. A wonderful talking point.

The stem is free from personalisation, and the long oval bowl is pierced with a leafy design for draining purposes.

Length-6 inches total, width-1 inch. Stem is 4.5 inches long, while bowl is 1.5 inches long.

Weight-20 grams.

This would make a lovely gift for the collector, a person who loves olives, for an occasion, or those who like novelty silver.

An unusual and functional piece in very good condition.
