Description

A most attractive Victorian silver vesta. This handsome example is embossed with floral decoration and has the original attaching ring to the side. The body is rectangular and of undulating form. A good collector's piece.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. The lid closes well and the apparent discolouration shown in the photographs is reflection and camera distortion, not damage.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable.

Maker :- S Blanckensee & Sons.

Length :- 5 cms.

Width :- 4 cms.

Depth :- 1.25 cms.
