Description

A superb Victorian silver Christening set, offered in the original fitted box. This wonderful quality example comprises knife, fork and spoon and is in the rare and much sought after Palm pattern. It is double struck (pattern front and back) and would make a splendid Christening gift or collector's item.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents, splits or losses. it has no monograms, initials or crests.

Hallmarks :- Clear, readable and matching.

Maker :- George W Adams.

Knife length :- 19 cms.

Fork Length :- 15 cms.

Spoon length :- 15.5 cms.

Date of Manufacture

Jeff Sims Antiques has dated this piece to the 1870s.
