Superb shell cameo brooch set in 9ct gold mount.

The cameo is of a lady with flowers and is a high quality carving.

The brooch has the original gold pin and top hoop so can be used as a pendant and is presented in good condition.

Hallmarks : Stamped 9ct to side

Size : 45mm x 35mm
