Fabulous Silver Boxed Dressing Table Set

1900 - 1920
Description

We are offering a quite superb six piece silver dressing table set consisting of four brushes a comb and a shaped mirror all sat in its original red tooled fitted box with slide button locking mechanism and fold down front .

I believe the set to be Edwardian and made in Birmingham in 1903 , the set comes fully hallmarked together with a stamped reg'd number and makers name and depicts children at play surrounded by grape and vine foliage .

The condition of the heavy gauge silver is lovely , the comb lacks a couple of teeth , the mirror is slightly smokey but it is a wonderfull quality set.
