A Stunning Edwardian Silver Cream Jug and Sugar Sifter in the Original Fitted Box.

A most attractive matching silver sugar sifter and cream jug from the Edwardian era. This fine set is retained in it's original shaped and fitted box. The bodies are repousse work and decorated with floral and foliate motifs. Each piece has gadrooned rims and feet. A stylish and practical set.

Condition :- Very good with no splits or dents. The caster has a couple of minor blemishes around the centre, lost in the pattern and commensurate with age and use. The box has staining to the silk lining, but closes well.

Hallmarks :- Both items clearly hallmarked with corresponding marks.

Base diameters :- 3.75 cms.
