The top has a connecting ring, suggesting use on a chatelaine and it was assayed at the sought after Chester Office. An interesting collector's item.
Condition :- Excellent, with no dents, breaks or losses to the silver. the pincushion pad is original and has wear commensurate with age and use.
Hallmarks :- Fully marked to the top, with no duty mark and loss to the maker's mark.
Width :- 4.25 cms.
Height :- 4 cms.
