Description

Celebrating it's 100 year, this adorable and different little Match Strike, made from tactile glass with a central match holder with a threaded glass side, enough friction to have lit non-safety or Vesta matches. The spent match could then have discarded in the integral dish.

The top of the match holder is mounted with English Sterling Silver with a hallmark for London 1912, exactly 100 years old and a true antique example. The makers mark is also visible, S C & Co.

Excellent condition, measuring 3 3/4" in diameter x 2 1/2" tall.
