The silver plated mount around the base is where the full mark can be found for silversmith, H & H S.
The front has a silver plated plaque with a heraldic family crest engraved in the form of a dog.
Lovely condition (one fine age hairline at the running from base upwards from the base about an inch and a half above the silver collar) with the base measuring 6 1/8" in diameter and standing 6 1/2" tall excluding swing handle.
