Description

Birmingham 1937 English hallmarked solid silver pair of coffee spoons in a heavy gauge of silver by famed makers Liberty and Co, and bearing their diamond shaped makers mark.

The shaped stems with long leafy design are very elegant and lovely, and most reminiscent of this era of Liberty style silversmithing.

They feel lovely and well balanced to hold.

Liberty and Company was a very prestigious store in London, and sold the finest objects. They had and still have great influence on British design.

Size-4 3/8 inches long by 7/8 inches wide.

Weight-25 grams.

An elegant and stylish pair by famous and collectable makers in very good condition, to use for coffee and tea or to give as a special gift.
