Description

I have been waiting years to get another fabulous meat dome, and recently the wait was rewarded by finding the most magnificent example, rarely seen.

Made by the top-notch English silversmith, Mappin & Webb, this dome was hand panelled to create natural panels to showcase the most exquisite hand-engraved panels featuring various Ferns, very British and very Victorian.

There is a cartouche in the centre of both back and front, one engraved with a very decorative initial P ... I was certainly tempted to keep this one myself!

Quite amazing and certainly a very grand example measuring 19 1/2" across x 15 1/4" x 13 1/2" tall. Don't concern yourself with shipping costs .. these are included around the world via FedEx. Signed on the interior, Mappin & Webb, London & Sheffield. Amazing!!
