Birmingham 1930'S Set of 3 Solid Silver Fox Terrier Dog Model Spoons.

Description

Birmingham unusual 1935-37 set of 3 English hallmarked solid silver spoons with cast Fox Terrier dog model to finials.

Also engraved The Fox Terrier Club to the reverse of stem. May have been an award or prize.

Made by Alexander Clark & Co.

Size-4 5/8 inches long by 1 inch wide ( bowl).

Weight-60 grams total.

Two are hallmarked 1935 and one for 1937, with excellent gauge and weight, all identical and made by the same company.

Unusual well modelled spoons in very good condition.

Wonderful for gifts for the collector of antique dog memorabilia or for the collector of novelty silver.
