Now, they also make a very nice pocket knife.

Both sides of the beautifully shaped mother of pearl case are carved with an exquisite leafy and foliate design. The case is further embellished with inlaid silver and has a vacant cartouche for personalisation if desired. The solid silver blade most unusually, is also beautifully engraved with various fruit and leaves. The blades of such knives were mainly made in a precious metal to preserve them from the corrosion of fruit juices and other corrosives.

Size-3 3/8 inches long closed or 5.75 inches long open, by .75 inches wide closed.

This makes a fine presentation as a gift, or would be a lovely addition to a collection.
