An antique French 18 karat (18K) gold charm pendant designed as a round yellow gold medal depicting the Virgin Mary facing left with a halo, looking at the holy communion chalice and wafer. Signed Jampolsky with an unknown maker's mark. The reverse engraved with the name 'Louise Milleret' and the date 27 Mai 1922. Stamped with the eagle's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
