Antique 20th century small Edwardian bureau in figured oak, a beautifully made piece with an interesting combination of practical features and decorative character. Standing on turned legs with decorative carved detailing and joined by supporting stretchers, the bureau has an elegant and well-balanced appearance.

Two large drawers to the front provide useful space, while the upper section opens to reveal a fitted interior containing numerous small compartments and a brown writing surface.

The figured oak is particularly beautiful, displaying striking natural patterns and gorgeous variations in grain and colour that give the piece plenty of individuality.

Its compact proportions make it an excellent choice for a study, bedroom or living area, providing a dedicated writing space without requiring a large amount of room.
