Lovely Japanese Imari Dish/ Plate With Scalloped Edge, Meiji Period. Dating c.1900 with central basket of flowers & with reserved panels containing flowering trees & fences.

Imari palette of blues, deep orange/ red, green & white.

In excellent condition with no chips or hairlines.

Typical rubbing to the gold rim & some pitting to the underside created during firing.

Interesting impressed mark to the underside.

A beautiful plate for display.

28cm Diameter.
