A Pair of Large Japanese Bronze Vases, Meiji Period.

These large bronze vases have flared rims at the top with a raised flying bird design and isometric handles with a fantasy animal head, maybe an elephant head.

Below all four sides are similar to each other but different they have a relief decoration consisting mostly of fantasy birds, trees and flowers

The vases are in aged condition and very impressive, one with a seal under, they are 33” high and14” in diameter with
