This handsome English Oak trophy bowl which has a wonderful Art Nouveau silver plated rim and raised stand / base would be great for fruit, nuts, salad or as a decorative trophy bowl.

This antique serving bowl has a large vacant silver plated cartouche to the front so could be inscribed if you so wanted and comes complete with it's removable white ceramic liner.

A very stylish and usable antique bowl that dates from c1900.

Material: Oak. Silver plate.

Date: c1900.

Dimensions: Width at widest part of base: 33 cm (13"). Depth at widest part of base: 33 cm (13"). Height: 19 cm cm (7 1/2").

Weight: 2878 g.

Condition: Very good antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. A little wear to silver plating, small marks and wood shrinkage. Blank cartouche. There is a hairline crack to the edge of the bowl. Please see pictures.

Please note that only the bowl with liner is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
