This is a good early 20th century hand woven Ishfahan carpet with fine detail and a good high knot. The carpet is in excellent condition and has a charcoal field centred by a raspberry medallion framed by borders of flowering plants, flanked by guard stripes.

Cleaned and ready for use in the home this measures 200cm by 121cm

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
