Antique 20th century Edwardian bureau in walnut, a beautifully proportioned piece that combines elegant period styling with excellent practicality.

Well made and of good quality, this attractive bureau offers a wonderful writing space together with useful storage, making it an ideal addition to a study, living room or hallway.

The fall-front opens to reveal a neatly fitted interior, thoughtfully arranged with an assortment of compartments and small drawers for organising stationery and correspondence.

Beneath are two generously sized drawers, each retaining its original decorative handles, while the bureau also comes complete with its original key. Raised on elegant cabriole legs with finely carved knees, it has a graceful silhouette that perfectly reflects Edwardian design.

The walnut displays gorgeous natural grain and a rich, warm colour throughout, giving the bureau plenty of character and visual appeal.
