Description

This is a very characterful hand woven tribal carpet from Kurdistan, South West Turkey, in nice antique condition with a good geometric design dating from around 1900.

The carpet has an attractive colour palette including muted shades of indigo, coral and light blue set within multiple repeat motif borders.

This is a useful size measuring 217 cms by 138 cms overall.
