The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this Silver Longines Pocket Watch to the 1880s.
The watch has a good quality stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
It is all protected by an inner hinged cover which has a small indentation.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside all three covers for London 1883, with the mark AB for Arthur Baume of Baume & Co. Engine turned detail to both the front and back, still nice and crisp. There is the merest hint of unevenness to the front cover, and two pin prick marks to the back but overall, very acceptable.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover.
Inside, there is a glass lens which is in lovely condition (some natural light reflection showing in the front photos).
The dial is in lovely condition with lever-set blued-steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
