Antique 20th century Edwardian desk in walnut, a substantial and beautifully crafted piece that combines elegant proportions with exceptional practicality. Very well made and of good quality, this impressive desk offers an abundance of storage while showcasing the refined craftsmanship and timeless styling associated with the Edwardian period.

The desk is fitted with nine drawers in total, arranged as four on either side with a larger central drawer, providing generous storage for stationery, documents and office essentials. Each drawer retains its original decorative brass handles, while the reeded drawer fronts add depth and sophistication to the design.

A raised gallery surrounds the top, creating an attractive architectural feature as well as a practical space for displaying books or keeping items neatly in place. The desk stands on a sturdy plinth base fitted with original casters, allowing it to be moved with ease when required.
