Each knife and fork is in beautiful condition with wonderful iridescent Mother or Pearl handles, silver plated blades and tines and the highly decorative ferrules; the kind we (and our clients) are always in search of.
This set comes with it's original solid Oak presentation box which, when inspected, indicates this set was rarely (or never) used, obviously tucked away for the last 100 years The interior is fitted with green velvet and cream silk, immaculate in every way.
Dating to around 1900 the set remains in superb condition. The box measures 11 1/2" x 9"; the knife measures 7 3/4" and the fork, 6 1/4" in length.
