Regency Rosewood Wardrobe, Linen Press or Compactum

This is a superb quality piece it is made in the finest quality figured wood with brass and gilt detailing.

The Wardrobe has four panelled and mirrored doors, the doors on the left and the right both enclose a full height hanging section with a shoe rack at the bottom, the centre section has 7 long linen press style slides with a long drawer at the bottom.

This is a large piece but it comes in to several pieces making it easier to transport to an upstairs room

This is a good quality and a very impressive item it has recently come to light from a country house, it is in good cared for condition with very minor foxing to some of the mirrors.

The Wardrobe is 78” high, 94” long and 25”deep
