Description

A pretty Turkish ? antique solid sterling silver cigarette case. It is hallmarked with silver marks and tests as 840 standard. I would date it to c1920. It has been superbly designed being engraved with birds. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures 4.5 inches (11.8cm) across by over 3.25 inches (8.1cm) wide and weighs 155 grams. A very high quality example.
