A very rare pair of 19th Century Empire Style brass candlesticks converted to table lamps. This exceptional pair of finely cast polished brass lamps are of stunning quality and feature an ornately decorated and ring turned, graceful central baluster columnar stem embellished profusely with gorgeous panelled arrangements of foliate, flowers, beading, fluting, acanthus leaves and scroll motif detail throughout. Supported on a fabulous triform paw foot, terminating on an elegant serpentine shaped inverted platform base with beautiful lambs tongue detailing.
