Description

A good example of a sterling silver Christening set, consisting of spoon, knife and fork, in its original box. It has never been engraved and is a good quality set with a decorative border.

Each piece is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1906, William Hutton & Sons Ltd. The total weight is 84g although the handle of the knife is filled.

It is in very good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and minor signs of age and wear but no major damages and they have been lightly cleaned and polished.

The set comes in its original silk and velvet lined box. The box is in good condition and the interior is very clean and tidy. There are a few minor marks and scuffs around the outside edges but nothing detrimental.
