A heavy antique Victorian sterling silver vesta case which is square in shape with attractive detailing on the body with a vacant cartouche on the front. It has a tight fitting hinged lid with a ring attachment on the top so that it can be worn if so desired. The striking mechanism at the base remains in excellent condition. This vesta case would make a useful addition to a collection.
