Sterling Silver Enamel Oban Scotland Vesta Case 1906 Antique

A rare English Edwardian antique solid sterling silver and enamel vesta case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1906 with the maker being Robert Chandler. It has been superbly designed being decorated with the enamelled Coat of Arms of Oban Scotland. It is in very good condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, a faint mark to the revers. The enamel is free from cracks and repairs. It has a strong mechanism. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.6cm) tall by over 1.25 inches (3.4cm) wide and weighs 26 grams. A very high quality rare example.
