A fantastic antique walnut chest of drawers, dating from around the 1830-40 period.It is of outstanding quality and has a beautiful design. It is a great size, with plenty of storage space inside the generous drawers. The drawers have fine hand cut dovetailed joints and wonderful turned handles. The drawers fronts have lovely moulding around the edges, the front corners of the chests have beautifully made corbels at the top, middle and lower edges.We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
