Antique Silver Trophy Cup

1920 - 1940
Description

A good example of a large sterling silver trophy cup. It is engraved "Challenge Cup. Presented by Captain T.L.Staniland for the Best Rabbit exhibited in the Hunmanby Agricultural Show. 1921 "

The cup is a good quality piece and is clearly hallmarked for Sheffield, 1920 and the makers Walker & Hall. It weighs approximately 291g.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some light surface marks and a few small marks but nothing detrimental and it displays well. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
