A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver magnifying glass and miniature dictionary box. It is hallmarked for London 1893 with the maker being Sampson Mordan & Co. It has been superbly designed and is in super condition being free from chips cracks splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (3.8cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide by over 0.25 inch (1cm) deep and weighs 16 grams including to dictionary and 14 grams excluding it. A very nice quality piece.
