Fine quality late 19th century Chinese bronze censer,c1880. This is a good quality large example ,weighing 1.5kg. It has nice symmetrical decoration to the main body and highly stylised handles. It stands proudly on 3 legs in the form of mythical creatures/ Foo dogs. The bronze has taken on great colour following many years of handling and the overall condition is good and entirely in line with age and use.
