Antique 18ct Gold Ruby Diamond Ring C1912

Pretty Antique 18ct Gold Ruby Diamond Gypsy Ring. There are three beautiful pinky crimson coloured rubies, well matched and measuring approximately 4mm (central ruby) and 2 x 3mm rubies. In between the rubies are two old cut diamonds of 3mm. Total diamond weight is 0.15ct. The stones are set in a rubover setting in a wonderful thick gold band. A fantastic example of a quality Victorian gypsy ring with lovely decoration to the gold on the shoulders. A simple and timeless ring which is suitable for everyday wear and which has a good strong 18ct gold band which is very wide and strong all the way around. Band width is 6mm at widest and 4mm at lowest. The ring has a good weight to it and has full hallmarks for Chester 18ct gold and the year 1912. is in excellent condition for its age with some minor wear to the gold commensurate with age. Size UK N and U.S Size 6 1/2 the total weight is 3.8g.
