Pretty Victorian amethyst earrings with gold cannetille decoration, in typically ornate Etruscan Revival style. The amethysts are a deep purple which contrasts beautifully with the rich high-carat gold settings.

• Condition: Excellent antique condition.

• Fixing: Ear wires, supplied with tiny silicone "keepers" which fix on the ends for extra security.

• Hallmarks/stamps: None found. The earrings test as 15-carat gold.

• Era: Victorian (c.1837-1901).

• Size: Approximately 1.2 x 1.4cm not including the wires.

• Weight: 2.8g.
