Corvidae Antique has dated this Victorian Silver Albert Chain to the Victorian era.
The chain can be worn as a necklace or a bracelet.

SIZE: The chain is approximately 13.5 inches (approx 34cm) long from the dog clip to the key/T bar link. The section from that link to the top of the fob is another two inches (5cm). The T bar is 3.9cm and the chain graduates in width from approx 4mm to 6mm. The fob stone is approx 1.6cm diameter.

WEIGHT: 33.5g.
MATERIALS: 925 sterling silver, bloodstone, agate/cornelian, metal key.
HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Stamped SS on the T bar. Hallmarked with the lion passant for sterling silver on multiple links and stamped HB with the lion passant on the T bar (date unclear).

CONDITION: Very good antique condition with normal surface wear. There are some scratches on the bloodstone and a groove worn over time in the fob edge from where it has turned.
ERA: Estimated late Victorian/Edwardian (c.late 1800s-1914).
