Victorian Gold Amethyst Double Drop Earrings

These beautiful antique drop earrings are set with four pinkish-purple amethysts complemented by rich gold crown-shaped settings.

• Condition: Excellent antique condition.

• Hallmarks/stamps: None. The metal tests as 15-carat gold.

• Fixing: Gold ear wires, supplied with tiny silicone "keepers" to pop on the ends for security.

• Era: Estimated late Victorian/Edwardian (c.late 1800s-1914).

• Size: From the top of the earwire to the bottom of the drop, one earring measures 2.2cm, the other 2.4cm. The amethysts are approximately 8 x 6mm.

• Weight: 2.9g.
