An original Edwardian solid black opal ring set in rose gold
HALLMARKS
Hallmarked but rubbed 9ct
MEASUREMENTS
Solid black opal measures 12.5 x 6mm. There is no surface dulling to the opal at all, held nicely in a rub over setting.
The shank is mildly mishapen at the setting of the opal but this does not detract, can easily be straightened and is reflected in the price
CONDITION
Good condition, minimal signs commensurate of age. A beautiful and sought after traditional design. Not a reproduction. Mild band thinning but perfectly wearable
