Description

A very elegant ART DECO George V Silver Dressing Table Box / Trinket / Ring Box. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1921 by makers William Griffiths & Sons.

Measuring 7 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height. Weighted base. Gross weight 99 grams.

Circular form with shaped edge, sitting on 3 feet, gilt interior and dark blue/purple velvet interior. Nice engine turned lid and vacant circular cartouche.

In very good antique condition. Feet sit flat, general surface wear, dings and wear to the body and sides, hinged lid working, hallmarks clear, inside lining is a bit worn/used, no initials engraved to the lid, usual signs of wear commensurate of age and use.
