Antique Mother of Pearl & Sterling Silver Handled Magnifying Glass - 1906

Description

A very elegant magnifying glass, perfect for either a lady or gentleman with a Mother or Pearl and a decorative embossed sterling silver ferrule, and a complimentary silver tip to the end of the handle.

The wonderful iridescent Mother or Pearl is rather unusual in a tapered cylindrical form, the silver is hallmarked for Sheffield 1906, Edwardian in era.

The glass is of course new, by Hilkinson, crystal clear with a good magnification ready for daily use.

Excellent condition measuring 6 3/4" in length with a glass diameter measuring 3" in diameter.
