George IV Antique Silver Table Snuff Box, Birmingham 1829

An elegant antique George IV silver table snuff box. Made in Birmingham in 1829 by Betteridge. It has crisp engine turning on every panel and it has a family crest on the top. The 17 part hinge is tight and the box in general is in good condition. The interior is fully gilded and there are crisp hallmarks as well. A good heavy well made collectable snuff box.
 
Weight: 142 grams or 4.5 ounces approximately.
